My path into Yoga, Ayurveda, and herbalism began with a desire to heal myself. Through years of personal practice and study, I discovered that true wellness isn’t about perfection—It’s about creating sustainable habits that support the body, calm the mind, and nourish the spirit.

Today, I guide others to reconnect with their own innate capacity for healing through Ayurveda lifestyle guidance, Yoga, herbal education, and mindful living. My approach honors the wisdom of nature while offering practical tools that fit into modern life.
